You know that feeling of moving through your day slightly braced?

Not stressed exactly. Not overwhelmed necessarily.

Just... a little held. A little pulled forward.

Braced for the next thing before the current thing is even finished.

This is one of the most common things I see in the women I work with.

It shows up as a jaw that's subtly tight. A chest that doesn't fully expand. A pelvic floor that's been quietly gripping for years.

Most women don't even notice it anymore. It's just become the baseline.

When the body is running that much background tension, it becomes harder to feel anything fully, pleasure, connection, your own capacity to receive what's good.

Here's what's actually happening in your body.

You have three diaphragms. Most people only know about one.

The floor of the mouth. The respiratory diaphragm. The pelvic floor.

From a Structural Integration lens, these three structures are meant to function like hammocks, soft, buoyant, responsive. They move in relationship with every breath you take.

They are the direct support of three of the most important energetic centers in your body:

  1. The floor of the mouth supports the center of the head. The place of stillness. Quiet.

  2. The respiratory diaphragm supports the heart, the center of the chest. The place of both giving and receiving love.

  3. The pelvic floor supports the womb space, the center of the pelvis. The seat of creativity, life force, and sensuality.

When these three are moving in resonance with each other, the breath drops lower, the jaw softens, the belly releases.

Habitual tension you didn't even know you were holding begins to subside.

You feel settled and experience a receptive presence that comes from actually being in your body, not managing it from the outside.

But here's what I see most often

We live in urgency, moving from one thing to the next without pause. When we do that, these structures subtly grip and pull up. The hammock loses its give.

It's a postural pattern as much as a nervous system one. And it keeps you in a mode of managing, pushing, trying to make things happen, rather than being open and receptive to what's already moving toward you.

This is not about slowing down your life. It's about finding what's available inside of it.

In this class, you will learn:

The anatomy of all three diaphragms and how they're designed to work together.
The energetics of each center they support, and what becomes available when those centers feel held.
How these structures optimally move in resonance with your breath.
How to actually connect with them, not just conceptually, but in your own body, in real time.
A simple breath practice you can return to throughout your day whenever you feel that familiar pull toward hasty, frantic, quick-quick energy.

This class is for you if:

✨ You're a woman who does a lot. Carries a lot. And suspects your body has been quietly trying to tell you something.

You want to understand your body at a deeper level, not just be guided through an exercise.

You're ready to experience what it feels like when your most important centers are actually supported.
