A Practical Guide to Celebrating the Skin You’re In
You didn’t find this page by accident
If you’re here, it means something in you is ready to come back into your body…
to feel more, trust more, and experience yourself in a different way.
These practices are here to support you in that.
Not as something to get right.
But as something to experience.

YOUR PRACTICES
Inside, you’ll receive two guided practices to help you feel more supported, connected, and at ease in your body:
✨ Practice 1: How to Sit with Natural Alignment
This practice will teach you how to sit in a way that creates more space, ease, and support in your body right away.
You’ll begin to:
- feel the difference between holding vs. being supported
- notice subtle shifts in your body over time
- develop awareness of when something feels “off” and how to adjust
Start with one point at a time.
Stay with it for a few days.
This is how real change happens.
Not through force, but through awareness and felt experience.
Â
Â
✨ Practice 2: Finding Safety & Security in Your Own Body (Guided Audio)
This is a guided meditation that builds on the foundation of your sitting practice.
In this experience, you’ll be guided to:
- connect your pelvis (your center of support) and your heart
• allow your heart to soften and be held, rather than guarded
• feel how your body can support you from within
You’ll explore the relationship between your heart and pelvis,
learning how your heart can rest into the support of your body,
instead of feeling like it has to hold everything together.
If you’ve been practicing your sitting, this may feel more accessible.
If not, that’s completely okay.
Go at your own pace.
Let your body show you what’s available.
A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING
Most women have been taught to live from the neck up.
To think.
To push.
To override what they feel.
But your body is designed to support you.
Structurally.
Energetically.
Emotionally.
When you begin to access that support…
Your body feels different
Your breath changes
Your sense of safety shifts
And from there, everything else begins to change too.
HOW TO APPROACH THESE PRACTICES
Â
A simple invitation as you begin:
Go slowly.
You don’t need to do everything at once.
You don’t need to do it perfectly.
Start with one layer.
Let your body acclimate.
Notice sensation.
Notice contrast.
Notice what changes over time.
This is how you build trust with your body.

This work isn’t about fixing your body.
It’s about learning how to be in relationship with it.
